In early 2009, Doyles Casino failed to pay winnings to at least three players. Each of these players had large winnings of more than $2000. One player, who made large bets on 3-card poker, had their winnings removed and cashout denied because of "bonus abuse." Another player had winnings removed due to playing a game that was restricted at the time of his cashout, but not at the time of his deposit. I suspect that these issues stem from the size of the win. I am not aware of more recent issues.
